I am sorry to hear that you have not received the Free Lives!!
I am suspecting that your game did not have the latest version installed, and that could be the reason for you to not receive the free lives!!
Can you please check for "latest Updates" on your App Store // Google Store and install them? Then, Force close the App ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 2-3 minutes. You should be able to receive the lives now (if the offer is still available, that is)!!

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.
If they still doesn't get added, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center.
