Is there a way to put a confirmation before gold bars are used? We don’t get them often and they are hard to build up. I wasn’t even close to beating a level and accidentally dropped my phone. I inadvertently hit the button to continue using 10 gold bars. I NEVER use gold bars for that and now... I’m down the bars plus didn’t finish the level. It’s super frustrating!!!
Hi @brookie4 Please email Player Support so they can replace the Gold Bars.
Open the game on your mobile and go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
