Hello @gee45 and welcome to our friendly King Community! It is very easy to have your game on multiple devices and to have your progress synced among them - as long as you play via king.com or via FB on each device.
Remember, things like saved boosters and lives will not transfer between devices because these items are saved locally on your device. Just download the app on the new device and sign in via King.com or via FB (whichever way you play on the original device) and you should be ready to go.
I play on both an iPad Pro, mini iPad and iPhone X and my progress is synced between all 3 devices.
