Where are my gold bars? I spend way too much money on this game, for gold bars to disappear when the game updates.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
Same problem here and the game don’t want to send a mail it just said error
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
Then try again.
