I lost all my boosters suddenly !!!!!!

Hi !

please I need help urgently..

2 days ago, I opened my Candy Crush game but all my boosters were gone!!!!!!!!! I had 490 color bombs, & hundreds of striped candies as well as fish !!!!!!

Also I was level 79 & now I’m level 1 !!!!!

My account is connected with my Facebook account & I connected to it , but still can’t find my boosters!!!!!

I sent an e-mail 2 days ago but no one replied back..

I sent a Facebook message but no one replied too !!!

In the case of Android your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I have an iPhone not android.. I didn’t uninstall the app, I updated it.. what shall I do now ?
