Server error?

I have not been able to connect to server on mobile data or WiFi for about 2 weeks. I deleted and reinstalled my game knowing I would lose some levels. I connect via facebook and it normally does save as I have started from some levels before. But even now I have reinstalled I can not connect to server to connect to Facebook or email??

Check your internet speed because your game not fully connected to the server.

Internet works for everything else just not connecting to App Store

Yes same as above my internet works for everything but this game
