Level 872 glitch

Even till the very last move, the cherry was not dropped by the app itself and I lost the level and now I cannot play further levels with boosters. I need a solution for this one. This happened back to back for 3 times. Why should one play if it is like this??? Did any one out there experience the same GLITCH in the game???
I will not play this game anymore.
