Level 1138 does not work on Android

Level 1138 apparently does not work on an Android phone. Problem: After you fill up the frog there is no way to put him in the 9x9 box on the left. All videos on this show him magically being dragged over to the 9x9 box. How??? You cannot drag and drop him nor can you move him. Android players will have to end their Candy Crush journey at this level.

Click the fulll frog then click the square you want him to move to.

The frog can be matched like a normal candy, it will eat the same color candies and grow. After it consumes enough candies the frog will start pulsing. You can click on it once, hover, and bring it to another part of the board you want to clear.

Pulsing frog ready to be moved - I understand that. The issue is the hover and move on an Android. How does someone do this? Is it a drag and drop or what?
