How do I retrieve my levels?

I was on level 2,204 and suddenly on level 6. I do regular updates. It’s clear something has gone wrong as it’s stll my profile pic on screen, it tells me I’m on level 36 I think and then on the leaderboard says I’ve completed 58 levels! It’s been years since I logged in/out and can’t remember the original method but now tried everything!! Can you help plzzzz.

Oh and I now see my profile pic has changed!!

If you get the same problem after doing this, follow the steps below.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

So it looks like all is lost!! I know the creator of this game and I’ll be telling him after all the hours I’ve put into this, I ain’t ever playing this again!

Why are you frustrated? where you can easily get back to your level.

Please check THIS steps.

After you do this, check out the troubleshooting below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

If you still have the same problem after doing this, follow what @kiara_wael has told you.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.

i did try!....I’m the furthest thing from Mr Technology and couldn’t find out how to 🤪 ..... Cheers for asking!
