Hello!my son made me a profile in facebook. that was Anastasia Pexlivani.with the same profil photo with this i have now

my other son made something in my mobile and i signed out from facebook.we dont know the password, so my son made me this profile i have now!

This is Αναστασια Πεχλιβανη. In greek language.please help me because i was in3500 and now it started me from level !!!

Use you original sign in name/email and use the forgot password and you will get a email you a link to change password. and get you back into your original account

do you mean to my old facebook??

if yes, they will send an email. but withe old facebook my son made me that email and has the same password and we cant get to email either!!

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic. 

I hope you're back on track really soon!

Please reset the password on Facebook so you can access the old account and get back connected to that.

If that doesn't work, then email Players Support from the game when it's connected to the new Facebook, but please note that it may take a week before they are able to reply.

So the quick fix is to, go to Facebook, reset the password and connect the game back to that account.
