I have lost all my goodies but not sure why? I haven't deleted or reloaded app. I haven't done anything, the game is still in the same position on my ipad - I had 500+ colour bombs : 200+ Jelly fish : 400+ stripe and wrapped candies : Multiple flying saucers : 20+Free Switch : Multiple Lucky Candy : 70+ Coconut wheels : a few Striped brush : a few Party boosters and 50+ lollipop hammers... It takes years to accumulate this many goodies... How can I get them back?

In the case of Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

No, the answer by Sukanta, firstly doesn't directly respond to my issue. I am on an ipad. I haven't deleted the app. I am the only user! No one else users my account. But nevertheless I logged out and logged back in as suggested without success. My goodies are still missing

Boosters are stored locally on phone memory so we cannot guarantee that your boosters will be protected.

Boosters can be lost for any slight reason.

If the steps here doesn't help and you lost purchased Boosters, then email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get all purchases restored.
