Did not receive Bonus Gold Bars

ID 8498469250, Level 85, step 2780

I have not been receiving my bonus gold bars. I thought it was because there was something wrong with the last level, but I'm not getting the bonus gold bars this level either. I get the gold bars when I purchase them but when the stripped bag appears and says I have received bonus bars, they aren't added to my total.

Thank you for whatever help you can extend.

    U get gold bars by completing lvls???

    No, I didn't mean that one received gold bars for finishing a level. I meant that I thought there was something wrong with the level and that was why I didn't receive the bonus gold bars.
