Lost progress with new Facebook account

I have had to create a new Facebook account as my last account was hacked. I have connected my new Facebook account to my candy crush but I've lost all my progress. I was on level 4784 and I don't really want to start again on level 1. How do I correct this and get back to the level I was on?

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

You cannot transfer or sync a game from a Facebook account to another.

Player Support can manually restore the levels to the same level on your new account, please email them so you can continue from the same level that you were at on your old account.
