Hi @jade2020 The cause of your problem was the weak internet.
Perhaps you repeatedly tried to log in to the game so App suddenly crashed. That's why you lost the boosters.
Now I ask you to reinstall the game app and then try to connect the game to the server.
You need to contact our support when you are able to connect the game to the server.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

If you are able to log in to the game normally then there is no need to uninstall.
However, if you find the error message which given below, then uninstall and reinstall the game app.( Delete and Re download)
