Lost my gold bars

I had 72 gold bars and I left the candy crush saga game app when I want to go back to play I had lost 69 gold bars and I am now left with 3 and I did not purchase anything so I have no idea where they have gone.

It took me ages to collect that many gold bars and now they’re all gone and I don’t know how they’ve just gone.

Is there any way I can get them back?

Please email Player Support

If you play on mobile, go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

If you play on Facebook on a computer then send an email from here. Don't forget to add your Game User ID to the email so Player Support will find your game.
