New levels came in already played?

Finally got new levels after waiting what seems like eternity - they all show that they have been played already and 3 stars on all. What’s that about? Kinda defeats the purpose of playing

@kiara_wael i was at 6695 waiting for levels for almost 3 weeks. Then updated this morning on iPhone stoked I had new levels until I saw they were all already at 3star. What happened?

Your Game app may have been corrupted.

Log out game - Restart Device - Open Game and Log in.

Hopefully your problem will be resolved.

@Sukanta_Biswas thanks but it didn’t work 😑also not keeping the sugar stars for those levels

Since your Game app is corrupted, you should reinstall the Game app. Your problem will be solved but you will lose the stored boosters. When everything will be normal, follow the steps below.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

If you can get some refunds, try it.😎
