@carmenauf first thing to try is make sure your game is upto date and on latest version. Sign out restart your device and sign back in. see if problem still exists.
If it does you probably need to do uninstall and re install game, but please note you will lose all your boosters if on mobile device. But would wait till a superstar confirms this before you do it
