Have a nice day! Today, I registered the minemalac15@gmail.com account with a new account where there were quite a few levels. The email address no longer exists but you have requested the password again. So I had to create a new one, but after 5 hours I threw it to level 1 ... New email: szabom06@gmail.com | Please help me!
The Candy Crush Saga is currently at level 155 and I can't restore it: / Now logged in account: szabom06@gmail.com
The game can't be transferred to another account.
Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
