Candy Crush Saga L 350

I have successfully completed game 350 having done very well and 3 STARS for EVERY game, BUT waited weeks to move L 351 but the barriers never allow me through.

I have asked for help and the window still says (for weeks now) there are no more hours, minutes or seconds left to go. But the barriers will not drop.

It also says I need 9 MORE stars to beat SANDY to be champion of PEARLY WHITE PLAINS. How can this possible as there are no stars left gain???.

Everything in the game works fine except getting to level 351

can you post a screen shot,

first thing to do is make sure your game is up to date and on latest version, sign out restart your device and sign back in. see if problem still persists

If playing through internet browser also clear the cache /history

What device are you playing on?

It is the case with an Android.

App notifications search the game, memory and there you see the cache empty.

If you open the app in the app notifications it will update there. Otherwise, you already have the version on it. Above the link: How to take a screenshot.
