I’ve lost all my boosters. . Hoe can I restore them?

I’ve lost all my boosters and would like to know how they can be restored?

did u just change ur device ? Or did u just uninstall? If yes, ur boosters is not saved on ur account id... and hence will be lost ...

In the case of Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Okay thanks. It was on my galaxy & weirdly, even though I lost all the boosters, I didn’t lose the gold bars. I’ve lost interest and uninstalled it now.. it annoyed me, as I literally had hundreds of boosters.

No I didn’t change devise, but I didn’t have it through Facebook so not backed up?

I lost hundreds of boosters, but not gold bars, so no idea what went wrong!

Gold bars are synced to the server so even if you uninstall the app, they will come back.😎
