Why did I lose all my levels??? I was nearing level 4,000

I agreed to new policy changes today when I opened the app to play. Once in, I go to play and I’m back at level 1. What’s going on??!!

Have u log into king account or Facebook account?

Or u play previously all on offline mode without secured mode? That y the game asking whether u want to secure ur account?

restart ur phone, update to latest version n try again ...

but if u play offline mode previously... then nothing much can be done if u want to play online mode now ...

Hey stan1981. I have not changed anything. And. I agreed to updated terms not securing an account. I have tried logging in with email/Facebook, restarting phone, etc. Nothing. When I go into the app it still shows my ranking but all my levels are gone
