Facebook candy crush saga error

Hello ,

I am using to play candy saga on facebook

today I got this message while trying to load the game

User opted out of platform: The action attempted is disallowed, because the user has opted out of Facebook platform.

I did not do anything !

searching for solution I got a hint that I need to turn on apps and games from setting, I found it turned on so I did not change

can you help me ?

Could you please check your device in Settings and also that you have a secure internet connection? It could be a malfunction. Then please clear the cache and start again. Hope that helps. I still like to pass it on.

there is nothing active ! all my games are gone

ok thank you guys for your help , problem solved

I just downloaded the game to my phone and clicked retrieve progress

now the app is working on both web and phone and everything is good
