Why can't i sign back in to my account?

I have 2 issues -

  1. I was logged in till this morning and now i have been signed off and can't log back in! my email is [email protected]
  2. I noticed my gold bars have ALMOST disappeared. I hadn’t authorised for these to be used against 6 hours of unlimited life. So how did this happen and this transaction go through without my approval??

I had approx 85 gold bars and now I see only 15!!! This is ridiculous and this is not the first time that my spare resources get used up one way or other

    Part -1

    Your game was probably logged out.

    There are several reasons why you may not be able to login again.

    Slow internet.

    Account's password Changed.

    Game app Crashing or Corrupted.

    Show me a screenshot of the problem you're experiencing while logging in.

    Part - 2

    How can you find 15 gold bars if you cannot login to the game?

    Please show me current game map Screenshot.

    thanks @kiara_wael so i was able to log back in so that issue is resolved.i had to recreate my account again - some error on the app!

    and regarding the gold bars, perhaps you didn't read my note - i mentioned that till this morning i was logged in and then i was logged out. So i know how many gold bars i had - its now 35 as i made a purchase yesterday but as i mentioned i had 85

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
