Hi can you help me my levels have crashed

Hi can you help my game has crashed some how I was on approximately level 3000 I think but for some reason it’s taken me the the very last level in the game and will no longer let me play telling me I have to wait for new levels to be added, I’ve included screen shots of what the game is saying when i attempt to play and I’ve logged in and out I’ve re downloaded my Facebook etc I’ve done all the obvious things to help but it’s not worked

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
I hope you're back on track really soon

You should Reinstall the Game app and try again. If the problem persists, your game will need to be manually reset.

My iPad had stopped syncing to my iPhone about a month or so ago but I did not bother with it since I mostly play on my phone. I do not want to start all over. Please help me to restore my progress!

Sweet Love HahaHi everyone Thankyou for your quick reply’s 😃 I followed the advice given and I uninstalled my game then downloaded it again an signed in and it’s taken me to level 1842 I was much much further than this level but I suppose it’s better than not being able to play at all or even worse being took back to level 1

Looks like it's the issue on the page here, even though the Life timer is OK, the issue with the levels looks the same.
