    Can u try wifi n data? N check the speed for them ... r u a phone user? Restart n update to latest version

    I tried with both data n WiFi and same result.

    yes I’m a phone user and not seeing where the app needs to be updated

    Welcome to the King Community.

    The problem has already been reported and work is under way to fix it.

    By reinstalling the application you will now get the solution but you will lose all stored boosters.

    When this issue is resolved you can contact our Player Support if you can get some booster back.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

    Thank you but by reinstalling will I have to start back from level 1 or I’ll resume at the level I was?

    If you already connect the game to Facebook or the Kingdom, You will get back to the Levels and Gold Bars.😊
