How did anyone pass this level? Not nearly enough moves I cant even come close to passing this level?

Yes fair few have passed this level but is extremely difficult and will need many attempts. You are better off collecting some boosters snd trying when you have some timed boosters to start with. But be prepared to use boosters to finish especially if you get a lucky board that may only require 1 or 2 boosters to finish
