lost the username

Hello,

I lost my username VikaVlad. Please will help me to find my game with all levels with username VikaVlad.

after a power failure in my house, a system failure (Candy Crush Saga)

I  assume that the game was not synchronized by logging in Facebook.

Please will be kindly and help me to find my username

You must first create a new Facebook account and connect the game. Next step 👇️

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic. 

I hope you're back on track really soon!

We cannot search for any game accounts with a nickname, please provide Player Support with any possible email addresses when you contact them so they can check where the level may have been saved on.
