My game froze cannot back up game level

Hi my game froze so i deleted and downloaded the app , i backup everything on facebook when i downloaded back i went from level 4591 to level 1 a am going crazy !!! Help

were you on your phone, tablet, computer? If you were on your phone, try your tablet and vice versa. sometimes, I can access my account through another device without losing my game. You my be able to gain access into your account and back up that way.

Facebook is suppose to sync with king.com. Were you a registered user to king at the time when you backed up everything, before deleting the app?

I will suggest if you can, try using a computer or tablet. This has happened to me before. My game used to freeze all the time on my phone. I did have it to sync through Facebook to king.com. Since Facebook has been hack so many times, I have deleted my Facebook account. I now back everything directly with king. The only drawback is I loose my rewards, but not levels.
