Purchase issue

I purchased a 3pack of lollipops. When the payment screen left and the game screen came back one of those was automatically used. Can I get a refund or get my 3rd lollipop back please?

I can see that you have no problem with your purchase.

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

You can get some refunds so try it.
