Probably I'm doing something wrong. I Think I have followed you instruction but unfortunately I continue viewing 43 instead of 29. I have and Iphone when you say Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device what does it mean?
Please close your game, update it. In Settings app notifications and search your game. Under Memory you will find Clear cache, please do it and restart your game.

Sorry my mistake and apologizes. You have provide me a video which start with 29 rubbers but if you see my video you will see 43 that is my problem (all videos in internet starts with 29)

You will need to crush loads of Lucky Candies that will give you more Bubblegum than available on the board from start.
