Just for my clarification... which game are you talking about? And what was the event? Currently, only Pet Saga is running a contest for 50 Gold Bars! But it ends on Thursday, and we will not receive the GB till Friday or Saturday!!

If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I have heard about this from few other players too! Shall I assume that, it must have been a long pause from the game?
I don't think, the Community Team will be able to help you with this issue though!!
For any and all missing rewards, we will have to contact the game Support team to send a complaint and to make a request to resend them for us!
You can do this directly from your game itself from "Settings" (Gear wheel icon) ---> Then click on ? ---> Then look for "Events OR Special reward" or something similar to that ---> Now, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" ---> Fill out all the details you were asked for and Submit.
NOTE: Please be aware that it could take 3 to 5 days for an actual agent to get back to you. If you have not heard by 5th day, please feel free to send a reply through the automated email you have received as an acknowledgement.
