lost achievement and booster suddenly

Hello

I was going to watch ads to win a booster. I pressed the button, but the ad did not open, there was an error. I turned the ad off and I was going to continue the game, but I saw all my booster disappeared. Now it is clear how many levels I am and I'm still at level 490. please help me.
