@JessicaMiller It looks like your team has been changed leaving you with thousands of extra points from old team-mates. When this happened to me I left it overnight. It reset and gave me the prize when I logged in in the morning. Try turning device off, leave for a few minutes then turn on and login again. It may work but no promises.

it would be interesting to know what levels you are all at to be able to get so many points.. i am level 6536 and am struggling to finish some of these levels and quite low on Boosters since they dropped the sugar drops among other things... currently I have 2 inactive players that have scored 0 pts with less than a day with still have yet to reach the first level of around 6000??

You are absolutely right about my team. You can see here that without playing any level by myself and other members too even didn't login what my teammates have done in few hours๐๐. Loose the two rewards also๐๐คฃ๐ .
New mission started and going to finished also.
