I don't think, the Community Team will be able to help you with this issue though!!
For any and all missing rewards, we will have to contact the game Support team to send a complaint and to make a request to resend them for us!
You can do this directly from your game itself from "Settings" (Gear wheel icon) ---> Then click on ? ---> Then look for "Events OR Special reward" or something similar to that ---> Now, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" ---> Fill out all the details you were asked for and Submit.
NOTE: Please be aware that it could take 3 to 5 days for an actual agent to get back to you. If you have not heard by 5th day, please feel free to send a reply through the automated email you have received as an acknowledgement.
