I was trying to connect my game to Facebook. I lost all my progress in my events and challenges. And my trophies too. I also lost the unlimited lives that it gave me this morning. What gives?!? Can someone please help me out here? Is there a way to restore it to this morning????

How do I log in correctly and clear the cache? I log in via the green button that says log in with email. Then it brings me to where I am.

As you always sign up, but make sure everything is correct. Under app notification: Candy Crush --- memory: clear cache.

And start again.

I click on the app from my home screen. It takes me to either play or my profile. I click on that and I don’t get options to clear the cache. To explain it again, everything else is the same, I just don’t have the unlimited lives anymore and I lost the progress on the events and challenges. As for levels I’m still where I was
