Lost my game progress because i have a password reset issue

The gmail adress to which i link my candy crush game was lost because i forget my king account password and when i try to reset my password it ask for the gmail or link email whe i put email it say password sent to gmail but i didn't receive any email please help my gmail is Game ID 10647978749.

Note this gmail was created after i create amd save my game progress to king account

Please helppppp...

Sir i can't receive my reset password on this gmail and i cant login to king account from this gmail this gmail have all my game progress save Game ID 10647978749 please help i have complete more then 900 levels i want my game progress back i forgot my password..

Have you checked your junk mail and spam folder?

The email may get there by mistake.

Yes i have checked.

Actually when i create king id at that time the email to which i link was not yet generated

Because my real email address other

In king account i just miss one letter thats why when i try to reset my password i got error in mess i forgot my kings account password after i check no one have that email adress in use so i make gmail on that gmail but still when i forget passwordii put this email i dont recive any email

Open your mail and check Spam.

You can also be sure that the correct email account is logged in to your device.

OK? So the game is saved on an account with an email that is not correct? So you can't receive any emails because the email is not valid?

Yes it was not valid but now i created as same as that email so its my email address now i can share things give me a private msg

OK, if the email was not valid or correct, please connect the game to a new and correct email that is in use and that you have access to.

When the game is connected, play a few levels and then check the Game ID and post your Game ID here and the level youn were on.

I will then manually restore the game to the same level on your new account.

How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this.
