Why aren’t I getting unlimited lives? Again?

My husband plays candy crush as much as I do, he had unlimited lives in March and now has them again! Meanwhile I didn’t get them in March and I still don’t have them now. I have updated my version and switched my phone off and on. I play every day. Please can I get unlimited lives too???

R u using Facebook? If yes, seem they do not roll out for Facebook users.

Hi thanks for your replies. Yes I do fulfil the requirements. I have logged in and still don’t have them. I don’t know if it makes a difference but I haven’t received my daily rewards for a few months now, yet my husband still gets this. Is there something wrong with my account?
