Welcome, newcomer.
Seems like you've got issues similar to players in a different thread; it's allegedly being worked on, so take that for whatever it's worth.
But post your game ID over there & someone should get back to you on that...

That happened to me a few months ago. What I did was shutdown my phone and logged out then logged back in and it worked

I cannot access any rewards except the first day award. It does not move from there3 3ven though I play every day and many times some days. also I can't get any sharing with the fives as my points don't seem to register with that group./. Please help I am getting very frustrated. I have come back to the game after many years away so am very disappointed.
