Level 5679

I am trying to play level 5679 but am unable to because my hour of free striped and wrapped candies and color bomb are blocking any movement. This also happened a few games earlier, but after I let my freebies expire, the level worked. This time I paid for the freebies and am unwilling to give them up. What should I do?

My friend @AbhinavSargar has already given you helpful information.

To be the first Introduced with Rainbow Twists, the levels have not given you the chance to use Pre-game boosters. If you get a chance to use pre-game boosters, it will be level error.

Free pre-game booster or Build a bot are not supposed to be effective at this level. You are experiencing such issues due to some errors and we will definitely report the level problem to our team.

You can try this level when no free booster is active on your inventory.

This is being looked into, but I have no details about when it will be fixed.

The workaround meanwhile is to fail the level to reset the Bot to be able to play.

I have the same problem with this level. I keep losing lives without making a single move.

So there is no point in paying $79.99 for boosters because they cannot be used to start this level.

On the level there is no pre-game Boosters available, so no purchases can be wasted here. The Boosters that mess up the level is from the Booster Bot only, i.e. free items. Please check more info about this here.
