Not receiving hour long rewards in Fabulous Five

Now that my team is good, we often get rewards. Sometimes I actually receive the hour long rewards and sometimes I don't. I've waited to say anything thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but now I know it's the game and not me. It's very discouraging. Just happened again tonight.
