Progress not showing. Cannot access levels.

My candy crush levels are not showing. claims im on level 6875 when i was on about 1358. lives and inventory are extremely high.

why did this happen and how can i fix it?

@candyKrash I am very sorry to say that I am a bit confused about your question!!

Are you having an "internet connection" issue OR did you reinstall the game? The more details you provide, the better helpful we can be!

** When we reinstall our game Apps, all the boosters and the lives received from our friends will be deleted! It is because, both boosters & lives are stored on the Device local memory but not to the game!!

is there any way to ensure i dont lose my boosters and gold is i delete and reinstall the app?

The levels and Gold Bars can always be restored by reconnecting the game to your Facebook or King account on any device.

Boosters will be lost in a reinstall, but if you have any purchased Boosters, then contact Player Support so they can resend all purchases to your game.
