I did not get my 1 hour color bomb booster through F5. I claimed a lollipop, & the line went right through the next reward and stopped halfway to the last reward. What's going on?!

@jax5279 With 5150 points between you It looks like someone has walked from your team and left points behind. In my experience it seems to leave a delay before prizes are awarded when that happens, but I did get mine eventually.
Thanks for the response. It seems as though the same players are there so I'm not sure what's going on! I did eventually get the reward today. But, it's happened again with the 3rd reward now. Clearly shows we've reached the reward, but no check mark & have not received
@jax5279 If the scores are added in you screen shot not coming to 15000 so looks like may be a glitch.seems very strange.Maybe a reason you getting a delay in the reward
