Why I don't get Fantastic Five reward even if we reached the goal?

I'm YanYan and I'm playing using Windows 10 on a laptop. See the image above. The team reached the goal of 15000 points and I can see it, but that's it; no reward.

When you collect the reward. press the sweet button always go to your inventory and check if the items you have won have stars twinkling above them.

Thanks for your comment, Freddy. But I've had Fantastic Five for a while and this is what happens when you reach the goal: 1) You see an animation showing your prizes; 2) A new mission starts immediately and the score is reset to zero; 3) When you check your inventory or start a new game, your prizes are there. But none of this is happening. No matter how many times you press the Sweet button, there's no action: Same score, no prizes, no new mission. You just see the image I sent and it stays there until you close the window.

Well, suddenly it is working fine now. Did the technical team fix something? I have no idea. But my problem is solved.
