why are my purchases being denied?

I have not been able to purchase any boosters. They keep being denied since last evening. I have checked both of my paypal and bank account info and the funds are available.

Please advise!

The error message says that it's an issue with your PayPal.

Have you tried to check with PayPal what the issue can be or using another payment method?
