How do I get my 26 gold bars refunded that I was required to use to beat the faulty level before you fixed it? In order to keep my streaks alive, the only way to beat level 6854 was to purchase extra moves twice to allow the necessary number of licorice to fall. Not to mention the people who wasted countless boosters trying to beat a level that was literally unbeatable due to error on your end. Can't imagine those people are too happy...

@tscheip you could complain to support team through your game or contact us at bottom of page. Do not know how you will get on, but got to be worth a try. You have nothing to lose

Appreciate the suggestion. I've contacted support 3 times now and received nothing but 3 auto generated replies (not related to my issue at all) followed by a survey asking how their support team did. It's crazy that such a successful (and RICH) company has such awful customer support.
