I lost all my boosters

I lost all my boosters without a definite reason and it occures sometimes I don’t know why, I have not deleted the app or some sort of these actions, I also lost my progress in that dragon collecting stars and the boosters that are active when you’re not losing I don’t know their names

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

But I have not deleted or reinstalled the game so what is the reason? I don’t purchase booster just to lose them for unknown reason

If you play on mobile, then go to the Start Menu - Settings - Cogwheel - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars. You will then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

If you play on Facebook on a computer, then click on the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page here, but remember to enter the same email that you log in with on Facebook.
