Lost my level. can you tracking from my last payment for buy gems?

I lost the level that I played so far. I never logged in because I was lazy. so I only played up to level 4600. until finally I had to replace my cellphone. I remember this game I have not saved. I open Candy Crush and immediately save my progress with my email. and the result I returned to level 400. I logged out, I uninstalled but it remained unchanged. year after year I play this game, gems by gems I buy, and everything is gone. what should i do?

With boosters, if you have a new device, the boosters cannot be transferred. They stay where you got them. And if you uninstall, boosters can be lost.

With the lost level please go to this link.

It could help you. I would advise you. Play the current level again and complete it, then update your game and clear the cache. and restart. Good luck

According to your statement , you could not save the game after Level 400. But you don’t have to be frustrated because you can definitely get back to your level.😊

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
