Did u see any animation box being open? If yes, the reward is awarded...

@Thmo Add up the points you see in the list. Check if it is less than the total number you see at the top. Sometimes teams are changed leaving extra points and you may have to wait a while to be awarded the prize, but it does come eventually. If you log in, make sure it is when you have time to play as some of the rewards are timed only! @AmiDiggory

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.

Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

No, there was and still isn't a box opened. And I can see that my boosters still are the same as before we reached for the level- I had no free choice (the hand), still doesn't and the candybombs are still 66- as before

Bur why change the teams in the middle of the competition? Just so we can't get that extra help? It's already hard enough to get the different points that are needed...
