Hi

I have seen on here from you, that lost boosters can be added back to my games if I have taken a screenshot. Which I have. Can you tell me how do I do that as the contact email doesn’t appear to allow attachments. Would I do it on here?

I'm sorry it was a very old incident and a lot has changed.

Hi @Lulu123 !

You cannot attach a pic in the contact form, but as soon as you get a reply from Player Support you can attach a screenshot to your email to them.

Please note though that only purchased Boosters can be refunded or compensated.

@Lulu123 good luck with that, but think its impossible now, people would be posting all kinds of screenshots in the hope of getting free boosters
