Issues in the game

Hi!

Every Time I finish a level, it’s say that I had done 30 other levels. Exemple : if i’ve just finish level 639, i’ll be technically at level 640, but in my case it’s just take me to level like 680, and it’s say that I have done the other level. It do that every time I finish a level. It started after I deleted the app because I had an other issues ( the issues was that it say that I had finish all the level, this issue is gone now, but It came with an other problem:\ .For all the levels that it’s say that I’ve finish(wich I didn’t ) it say that I have one star and the minimum of score, if the minimum is 10 000, my score will be 10 000. So I don’t know what to do because i already deleted the app for an other issues that i had and I don’t want to lose all my booster :/

Since you have faced the same problem after reinstalling game app, there is probably something special error in your game.

If you let us know your Game Id, our team will investigate the cause of your problem.

I could try to do a game reset in our system on your game account and see if that helps.

Could you let me know the correct level you are at and your Game ID so I can do a reset and make sure the progress is correct.

Please force close the app (swipe it up), restart the device and open the game again and see if it's back on track.

@Crazy Cat Lad I’m afraid it’s didnt work.:( I close the app, I restart my device but it still say that I have finish much more level that I actually do. I also try to disconnect and reconnect my account but it didn’t change.

Then you will need to reinstall the app.

Delete the app, restart the device and download the game from App Store.

Open the game and connect to your King account.
